Built from heavy duty 1.50" x .120 tube, and bolt to the factory hinges and use a spring loaded pin as the latch closure. Easy to install, just remove factory doors (four nuts per side), disconnect wiring harness, bolt on tube doors and you're done.

They include predrilled tabs to bolt TJ Wrangler mirrors for those who want side mirrors. A new set can be had on EBay for about $45. Factory style 2003-2006 TJ mirrors are shown installed.

For those of you who haven't wheeled doorless, the difference is night and day. Visibility is highly increased and you just get a good 'feel' for the trail. No possible damage to your expensive factory doors either.

Get ready for next spring!
I should have a few sets of the fronts ready to go before the new year at a special introductory price of $295 plus shipping. Rear doors are in the works and will come with a discount if all four are purchased at the same time.

Looking good! Putting that new tubing bender to good use! Do you know if these will fit a KJ?

Looks great!
How do you deal with the door ajar light and ding?
Or does it not light and ding because the latch module is not there?

With the harnesses disconnected, there are no warning lights or dings...

I know what I'm spending my bonus on next spring. I need these! Nice work Morgan, craftsmanship looks top notch.

Let me know when you have a price for all 4. I should have my bonus sometime in February or March

Cool, sounds good. What are you using for a latch? Do you have a pic with them open?

Thanks longislandkk, I have driven around with them a bit when I first built them. Its surprisingly fun and even better wheeling with them. You don't feel like you're trapped in a box and visibility of wheel placement etc is really increased.

I don't think they're illegal here either. How many XJs do you see doorless every summer? You're basically doing the same.

I know you're okay in Jersey as long as you have mirrors.
