117K on the 2009
92k on the 2010

The 09' has had rotors/shocks/struts, skyslider and a rear wiper arm. About to do the water pump. While at the water pump I plan on changing out the belt tensioner, belt, upper/lower hoses, and thermostat.

The 10' has had the rotors and shifter bulb replaced. Almost time for the shocks/struts.

Marlon_JBT always leaves his running while wheeling because he has the same issue and it won't start for 15min. It also happened to ajdrummer when he got stuck and we were trying to recover him.

I'm at 77.5k on my 2008 and so far, over it's life, has needed: trans solenoid pack at 300mi (warranty), ABS speed sensor (just out of warranty, $15 part when the dealer said a new module), throttle body (also out of warranty, should have went with the 4.7L then), water pump (40k miles, but free under the LPW), gas tank (fuel burp TSB), two sets of rear brakes, and a tail lamp bulb.

I also replaced a trans skid, but that was my fault. :JEEPIN:

So far so good. The only quirk is that my drivers window switch is getting squirrely from lots of use. Sometimes I have to press it 2 or 3 times before my window will go down. Up is not a problem, thankfully. I'll just swap the switch bank out when it does finally die.
Oh, and I've had to replace 3/5 of the original 2008 TPMS sensors. Their metal valve stems corrode and break, so the replacement units from Jeep are made of rubber.

Did you wait until replacing worn out tires? Else how much per each wheel to replace the sensors, labor plus parts?

The TPMS valve stems actually broke, so it was more than just having a dead battery in the sensor. They had to be changed as soon as it happened. IIRC, they were about $100 a wheel to replace. Thankfully they did not all go at the same time.

'Bout to roll over to 75k on my 2012. I guess I drive a lot.

Only issue so far is an airbag malfunction that happened after my warranty expired. I haven't fixed it. I did have the dealer to the side airbag recall repair, but unfortunately, my other issue was unrelated.

My driver side window is also starting to act a little sluggish, but I'm pretending to not notice it.

Changed brakes once and am on my 2nd set of tires: 235-70R/16 Yokahama Geolander HTs. I am on my 3rd set of plugs. Contrary to what most say on here, I didn't like that the 2nd set of OEMs only lasted 10k miles, so I am now running iridiums.

Stock springs have sagged at least an inch in 74k miles. Replacing those soon.

Seems like all the original wear parts (brakes, tires, plugs, shocks, springs, etc) are doo doo and wore out in the first year. Replacement stuff is lasting much longer.

I've run full synthetic oil every 5k from day one. Try to use top tier gas. Run a bottle of Lucas in the tank once a month.

Mostly highway miles here in North Texas. Twice a year I drive it to my old man's house in Durango. Also do light wheeling on fire roads / jeep trails in OK and AR here and there.

105k and I'm starting to hate it.

I don't feel like listing the problems I've had. It started to get bad around 72k. The latest issues are both front wheel hubs and a trans fluid leak.

I don't think I'm gonna make it another year with this Jeep. :(

At 129K with my 2008 jeep liberty.
Still going strong. Average MPG in stop and go is about 20. 24 all high way (tops) and 18-19 mpg off road (easy trails).

list of what's been done repair wise...
(Good thing I grew up fixing vehicles out of necessity)

all fluids/filters/brake pads and all wear and tear items when ever they need it
Countless wiper blades and oil changes.
2 car batteries
2 sets of tires installed
spark plugs changed
serpentine belt replaced
belt tensioner replaced twice, buy MOPAR on this one.
water pump gasket replaced 2 times
water pump replaced (used MOPAR)
radiator and fluid, use Zerex G-05 or equivalent
gas tank skid, and all other skids added, tow hooks added using KJ hooks
both front half shafts (CV's) replaced before they failed completely
cruise control switch intermittent failure, replaced
turn signal switch loses lock, replaced
front coil over assemblies replaced
2 alignment with tires
repaired drivers door body mounted bulk wiring harness to repair strange faulty door lock issue (water caused corrosion)
front drivers window regulator assy
One TPMS sensor
added additional key fob
various paint chip repairs
parking brake cable adjustment (sort of)
quieting rubber bushings using RuGlyde rubber lube on a monthly basis.

none of this was under any warranty, as it was a lightly used car when I got it with 34K miles on it at 4 yrs old.
despite all of these items, I love this vehicle, and these repairs are not so bad and are to be expected for an ageing vehicle that gets used a lot.
thankfully repaired machines are like new once done right.
wish I could say that about my back. never be the same.

125k on my 2010 Sport.

Drivers window switch (seems pretty common)
Transmission solenoid - about $500
Shocks
Heater core flush (fixed "no heat on drivers side" issue)
TPS sensor (broke off while airing up tire)
Front rotors
Both front hubs/wheel bearings
A/C condenser
Tie rods
And of course numerous fluid changes and wiper blades...

Other than the transmission solenoid pack - I am pleased with the reliability, as I picked it up used, no idea what the PO did (or didn't do) throughout the first half of it's life.

I had an 05 KJ Limited that had >200k miles when it was totaled. Had some rust under the drivers door but other than that it was in pretty good shape. Yeah, we replaced the tire air pressure sensors with rubber ones upon each individual failure. It was a good, solid machine.

The 05 brought me to this site.

I had handed the 05 down to my daughter who then totaled it then recently bought an 09 KK Sport.
Again, good, solid machine. >113k miles. Leaking coolant.

Is the water pump covered under the drivetrain warranty?

I've also heard the same thing that it should be covered under the drivetrain lifetime warranty.

75K miles on the 2012. No major issues. Wipers turn on with turn signal, dealer can't replicate. Oil leak fixed. Misfire from Autolite plugs (they like Mopar brand I learned--even when gap'd properly). 2 Tailgate switch assemblies and new real tailgate seal. Immobilizer replaced. Roof adhesive failing near spot welds and rust beginning there only. 2nd set of tires at 55K.

Drivability, alot of NVH with 4WD Auto and feeling jeep is tugging a trailer at each green light when in 4WD Auto. 17MPG. Never stranded--the ESP is a little chatty but you can always power through it or turn is partially off.

Almost one year later, an update...

128,000

No problems since I got the trans fluid leak fixed! ;) It was the trans cooler, which is also the A/C condenser. So if it was about to leak soon, I guess I don't have to worry about that, huh? :-)r

I guess I'll hold on for at least another two years.

Forgot to post this. As of early January I'm in the 100k club! Still going strong, but about to start a new life!

I'm just under 110,000 miles and have had no major issues yet...she runs the same as I remember when I rolled off the lot in 2010 with 20k miles.

Only 2 issues worth mentioning:
1) Water pump replaced in 2014
2) CV replaced in 2012 and is in the shop now getting repaired again (makes a clicking noise especially when I turn while in reverse)
