I know I've seen at least 3 members with 100K on the odometer. Please post here and tell us how the KK is doing at this mileage. ![]() |

I am getting close! 94xxx and counting, so I'm not technically a member of the 100,000 club just yet. Still love the Jeep and want to keep it as long as I can. Mods: JBA 4 inch lift, 31's, rock sliders & skids, roof rack basket, ATH front recovery system, heated seats, CB radio, added tow package Issues: Needed to replace the engine at 86K due to bad rod bearing. This is not a common issue with the 3.7's, so don't fret. I think I just got unlucky, because I'm always on top of maintenance, and do oil changes every 3,000 miles. So far happy with the Jasper remanufactured 3.7 engine. I have replaced some wear items like brakes, but so far the Jeep has held together well. Plans: I'm hoping to regear to 4.10's by next summer to increase power and efficiency with the 31's. Gage, how many miles are you up to now? |

I forgot you were getting close, Lauren! How are all of your electronics in the KK holding up? I have to double check, but I think it's very close to 70K. |

Gageraid wrote: How are all of your electronics in the KK holding up? So far so good. The only quirk is that my drivers window switch is getting squirrely from lots of use. Sometimes I have to press it 2 or 3 times before my window will go down. Up is not a problem, thankfully. I'll just swap the switch bank out when it does finally die. Oh, and I've had to replace 3/5 of the original 2008 TPMS sensors. Their metal valve stems corrode and break, so the replacement units from Jeep are made of rubber. |

Been quite a bit since I last posted, major life changes goin on ... My 09 KK is at 112k. Primarily a daily driver, no mods other than 245 tires. I do run lots of seasonal roads and mild trails... All electronics still original, just yesterday had to do a front wheel bearing.... Overall very happy with the basic reliability of the vehicle... Cons would be the power to weight ratio.... I absolutely despise the EPS/antilock off-road... And the plastic rocker/lower body?... Fragile to say the least.... Michigan road ice buildup has destroyed the plastic behind the wheels..... Might remake the rockers and bumpers out of aluminum in the spring..... |

Three members. I hit it last weekend ![]() No real issues thus far. I had a transmission seal that was leaking at the beginning of the year that after multiple dealership screw up bagged me a brand new transmission for 100 bucks |

Runs just fine. I had a hiccup the other morning, (unrelated to the tranny) the jeep didn't want to start on the first key turn. It just turned and turned and turned like it wasn't receiving a spark or gas. I turned it off and turned the key again and it cranked right up. It's happened 2 times since |

Rachael(doublek) had a starting problem. Not sure what it was exactly. I also think Digger might have as well. I honestly don't remember anymore, it's been a long time lol |

I have 107k showing on the odometer and another 30k that don't show from being towed behind the motorhome. Have had to replace the waterpump, back brakes twice and the front brakes once. |

Could have done it under lifetime powertrain warranty, but with a hundred dollar deductable, only cost a few dollars more to do it myself and I didn't have to pay for tow to dealer. |

Just broke 100K on the drive down to Tennesee for Thanksgiving on my 08 KK Sport. Replaced tranny, diff and coolant fluids around 90K. Engine has a slight miss on cylinders 2 and 5. It's just enough to be annoying at idle, but doesn't happen while driving. Transmission lurches at 45mph, but it's done that since 35K. Had the dealer flash the computer, but it didn't help. Again, just an annoyance and not really that big of a deal. The only mod I've done was add cruise control. Very easy to install and it makes long trips enjoyable now. |

I wonder if I've see you driving around. Ever head into Grand Haven? What color is your KK? |
