I want to put 31's on my 2012 liberty and I was planning on using a 2.5 inch skyjacker lift. will I need to do anything besides just installing the lift and putting on the new tires, such as getting an alingment. Also kind of a newb question but will the stock rims fit on 31's or will I need to get new rims too. Any help will be great. Thanks.

Go OME lift, tried and tested 1000s of times
Skyjacker has spring rate same as stock
245-75-16 tires work on stock wheels just fine, largest you want to go without regearing

Hey I was told the same thing about the skyjacker it uses stock stuff while OME replaces whole suspension; if you get it in the next 6 days it's the same price as the smyjackerift too cause of Black Friday. I'm trying to put on 31"s as well so I'm in the same situation, if you wanna go higher just add top plates and rear spring isolators and if even higher you can do a clevis lift and A-arms

Took out the plastics on the fender welds and plastic dipped it. Then put on a day star 2 inch lift and 2" spacers absolutely no rub With 31s

Good luck with that setup
Suggest installing Teraflex bumpstops in the front, also get some jeepinbyal upper control arms, you'll need them shortly
most swap that lift out in a month due to bad ride and other issues
No need to remove plastics either
