Is it possible to install a factory receiver on a jeep that didn't come with one the aftermarkets hang to low for me I like the hidden look of the factory ones

Just buy the Mopar one and it bolts right up. You have to cut the bumper, but it's easy to do. The part already has the grooves in it for where to cut. Shop around though prices vary.
