Liftgate props/struts

Hello,
I need to change my liftgate props of my 11 KK is there a how to? Or DIY? I've looking in the forum and over the internet but with no results.

If your talking about the shocks that hold the gate up its pretty easy, you should be able to do it with just a flat head screw driver. You just have to take the 2 metal bands one on each side then it should just pop off. just do one side at a time
