I like the stock size in an A/T.
Because of the spacers, I've had a few people tell me "those are some big tires" then I laugh and tell them they're stock size. It's a good look, mpg is good, and a ton of room to flex it out.
I understand you want more ground clearance, but then I feel like you can't flex.
When I hung out with Lauren (lfhoward) it was cool to see a bigger Libby than mine. His is a 4 inch JBA on 245s.

Now you know how I felt when I was around Jeepin_it_real lol. ~4.5" and 32s compared to my 3.5" and 31s...

Worked on my girl yesterday and today.

Clay bar, compounded, and waxed the hood and front doors. Really needed the detail!

Installed garage door switch.

Installed wireless receiver for internet. Spent 4 hours in the jeep last night on Netflix in the jeep. Was nice. haha

Reinstalled my media server. Got tired of my flash drive always being visible.

The OHC rattles like no other, so I stiffened it up a little by adding door hinges on the passenger side (not visible). Same mounting hard ware for the driver side.

Still am rocking spacers... I only know of the "kits" that are available and not the components. Its not cheap to do the lift better then jba.

replaced all brake pads today.

still haven't made any progress on my 4 batteries not holding a charge. one cell bank was about 6oz low, but that shouldn't have been noticeable amongst the other 3... maybe an internal short is all I can think of. well, their charging overnight.... again.

Nice work on the brakes.

That's a bummer about the battery bank discharging. Do you have a thermal sensor to check whether one of them is getting hot and therefore might be bad?

Otherwise, I think I would separate them and charge each one to full individually, then check its state of charge with a multimeter for the next several days. The thing about a battery bank wired in parallel is that if one battery is sub-par, it will drag the others down to its level.

Thanks.

Battery thermal sensor, no.

I didn't think about isolating them. Tonight I have both banks isolated and are charging. 2 batteries per bank.

Strange, but the banks charge up to 14.2ish volts and once the power supply disconnects the batteries drop to below 12.4 volts. I added 2 brand new batteries. I really shouldn't be having an issue... :dizzy:

Got the shackles in the oven. Slowly ramping the heat up to 450 degrees.

Got an order supposedly coming in tomorrow with lights and Dremel cut wheels since I used them all up.

I'm anticipating the bumper to be here Monday. It was in Ohio last night and left for pa this morning. How cool would that be if I got it Sunday!... not likely though.

Invented at least 20 new words to the English dictionary this afternoon.

I'll take a picture of the bumper tomorrow in daylight. The dark marks is wet paint. I already have plans for the rear. I just don't have time this week to complete the tasks.

Sweet AtTheHelm bumper! Are the welded-in receiver hitch and the ATH cutout custom touches requested by you, or is that how ATH is making them these days?
