I just picked up a 2008 KK. I am pretty much looking to re-do everything, from tires/wheels, skid plates, front/rear metal bumpers, black bezel headlights and taillights, led lights, suspension, lift, even from struts, to shocks, to ball joints, control arms, possibly looking to re-paint. Total mudder project. I've seen a few jeeps on here that have 33's I think, and required trimming. Just wondered what/how to do trimming for that. What do you have on your jeep, and what do you recommend? Thanks!

Keep stock rims and go with a 265mm wide MT tire. Skids are usually nice haha, MOPAR has some that are pretty good at taking a beating and won't break the bank. Check out AtTheHelm from here, he's got all the armor you could dream of! Most people just crack open their current headlights and paint them black and reglue (there's a write-up on the forum, just search). I highly recommend JBA's 4" lift kit, expensive but it's worth it. Make sure to get JBA upper control arms too. Currently no KK has larger tires than a 265/75R16 or a 32x11.5. To run 32s you'll definitely HAVE to regear to 4.56s.
