First off, Morgan, you make such an awesome product! Thank You so much for all the guidance and for putting up with me and all my questions! I ordered a winch bumper with the hoop, as well as the rock sliders! Bumper and Sliders are absolutely amazing!!! I used POR 15 on the Bumper (this junk is tough btw!) and just spray painted the rock sliders. Now, onto the pics!!!

Speaking of questions....What are those wires/brackets/sensors/modules things on each side under the turn signals/side markers area?

:?: not ringing a bell... There are two wire harnesses under there for the signal and markers. Some KKs have a big steel cylinder behind the driver side crossmember which I think is an anode to help keep rust at bay.

From the pics, it looks like the side marker harness. That metal thing is just a weight used as a mass damper. I think only the fulltime T-Cases get it. It's supposed to help with vibrations that might get transmitted through the frame.

You should do it! I've been sporting that mod for quite some time now.

The matte black will be coming off the last week of November. We will be going in our natural color till May, when we will plastidip it again. No idea on the color though. Maybe camo green?

2004-2006 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon wheels work ( they are the MOABs )
Only those years, back spacing is 5 inches, 8 inches wide
if looking to run them stick with a 265-70-16, same height as the 245-75-16s but sit on the wheel much better
8 inch is really too wide for 95% of the tires people try and run on them on KJs and KKs

For reference, a 265/70r16 is a hair under 10.5" wide. The 245/75r16 is a hair over 9.5" wide.

Won't the 03 Rubi wheels work as well?

dj svacha - as far as cutting the fenders....yes, I was VERY hesitant, however, the wife told me to grow a pair, so I started cutting, haha.

Yes they will. As long as they are 16x8 and came off a TJ Rubicon, they will work.

WITH PROPER LIFT AND WHEELS/ TIRES NO NEED TO CUT
Yes 2003 will work, typo plus lots more 2004-2006 were made although the 2006 Moabs are different than 03-05s
