Do I use the stock strut mounts to mount these? And what do I use the top mounts they give me for exactly. First time lifting a liberty

Remove your stock front shocks/ spring combo
Take them and new springs and shocks to a shop to have them compressed / new parts installed
When you get back home, take the top plates and install them on top of the now new spring/ shock combo and install on your Jeep
top plate goes between the assembly and the body
For the clevis spacers same thing, when ready to install the assembly. loosely install the assembly by the top bolts, install clevis spacers on bottom of shock then slidle the clevis up onto the bottom of the shock and install
Have ratchet straps available to pull the bottom over into place if doing by yourself, makes it really easy

Please take them to a shop and let them do them
If you're used to working on lowered cars the spring rates are low compared to these I'd bet
I've seen a OME 927 come loose and take a huge chunk out of a block wall

I second the tip to give someone with the right tools and experience to handle the springs.
My brother in law lost one of his fingers a couple of weeks ago while installing spacers on his Land Rover discovery 1

And a third to getting them professionally done. Even at the shop, the wall mounted press we were using shot a big chunk of itself against the wall

Add another to have a shop compress the fronts. Not many people mess around with 400 lbs spring rates... Even with my buddy's wall compressor you felt that spring rate.

I have personally seen a spring come lose and tear part of a guys face off, he lived as a vegetable after that for several years
I have also seen a OME 927 spring come out of a wall mounted compressor, go across a bay and take a nice chunk out of the block wall
( they later went on my KJ ) but almost forgot about installing them
