Beats me haha, I drilled mine out and replaced them with 1/8" toggle bolts to bolt my 300lbs D ring anchors to. Now I can use ratchet straps! |

The only way to remove them is to drill them out. I made some tapping plates that use toggle bolts for those holes and lay flush to the floor. They're tapped for 1/4 bolts so I can use eye bolts to tie down or even just bolt something down if I wanted to. |

They are plastic rivets. i was trying to hold something down with straps and snapped the plastic ring. have not fixed it yet haha |
