****NEW PRODUCT FROM AT THE HELM FABRICATION!****

I am proud to announce the release of a new flat rack design for the 2008-2012 Jeep Liberty KK. This design is super stout and low profile giving a clean, stealth look with plenty of capacity. The rack bolts together with flanges to make shipping affordable. The racks include two rear light tabs and adjustable front mounts for a 40"-42" LED light bar, curved or straight. They are built from CNC cut 3/16" hrpo steel plate and 1.25"X.090" round steel tubing. They bolt together using stainless steel socket cap bolts for a nice finished look. Hi-Lift mounts and brackets to add RotoPax cans will be optional add ons. Rubber pads are also provided to isolate the rack's feet from the roof. Ships bare steel ready for the coating of your choice.

Cost of the base rack is $375 plus shipping. Hi-lift mounts will be $45, Rotopax brackets will be $20 each. Two are required for the four gallon packs. The brackets for Rotopax cans are welded on, and I can place them so the container lands almost anywhere you want on the rack.

If you'd like to place an order, contact me at ATHFABRICATION@hotmail.com and I will send a PayPal invoice.

Thanks
Morgan

As I mentioned on Face book great job. Also like the "forward thinking" on the adjustable light bar mounts, that's what is keeping your products the ones to watch for in the KK world !

Thanks Tom. After looking around at light bar specs/dimensions I just didn't see it happening any other way as the actual mounting distance varies quite a bit. I didn't want to limit it to just X brand in X width...and hope they don't change the dimensions

This is definitely on my list. The plan is to finish building my camping trailer in the near term, but I think your roof rack will be the next big Jeep thing I save up for after that! There is nothing like it on the market today... Looks amazing.

Morgan - I think it looks totally awesome! I showed the wife, but she's, "eh", about it. Trying to convince her, haha. I do know that we will be buying a rear bumper from you by the end of 2016, that's for sure.

I see it is lower than the antenna, but what is the highest point on the rack compared to the roof? I already have to take off the antenna to get in the garage

Uhhhg. Making my life difficult. :? I was a all set on the basket rack and now you come out with this beauty. Seriously considering this one. Been wanting to buy a rack from you for a while. Wouldn't mind getting 20% off. Are You still making the basket rack at all?

Any idea on shipping cost ( within u.s.)?

The side plates are about 2 3/8" higher than the apex in the center of the roof. At the rear, the side plates are about 4 1/2" lower than my factory antenna.

Thanks MrFarrell, I won't be building the basket rack anymore, just this one. The basket racks were just way too expensive to ship and inefficient to build.

I still have one left at the discounted price.. Shipping varies on your location, most of the eastern US is $70, west is about $40.
