Just wondering if anyone knows if I will be able to fit 255/75r 17 Nitto Trail Grapplers on my KK. I have a 2.5" jba lift.

Without looking it up, I think that tire is about a 32x10. You'll need 3.5-4+" of lift (so start cranking that front end up and get JBA a-arms if you don't already) and plan on regearing to 4.10s or 4.56s depending on where you live and if you tow a lot.

Yea I have the A arms. What about 255/70r 17 Terra Grapplers? I don't think there would be any adjustments necessary for that am I right? And by the way I live in Port Jeff, not too far from you. :D

And would I have to trim any plastic or do a pinch weld mod?

255-70-17 are 31 inches tall, 3.5 to 4 inches of lift and 4.10 gears
If you want to stay at 2.5 inches of lift you need to get down into a 29 or at most 30 inch tall tire
like a 255-65-17 which is 30 inches tall

Not 100% sure about the KK. But on a KA we can run 30.5" diameter, 9.65" wide tire without Mods. I do have a 2.5" lift on my ride, but others have used a 30.5" on a stock suspension. The limiting factor is how the front fenders drop straight down at the front and rear.
245/70R17 is what I have on stock rims.
Rear clearance front tire. Full lock, full stuffed.

With a 10" wide tire we have to drop down to a 255-65R17 (30.05")
