So my ARB was leaking after I got it installed. Long story short I went back in and they replaced the o rings. Everything worked fine for about a week but now my locker will not engage at all. Compressor runs non stop and the breather hose is pissing air. I just don't understand how everything can go from being fine to all of a sudden this and I just put new o rings in it. |

They can be a huge pain at times, just have to search all of the lines/ fittings etc and see where it is, doesn't take much to cause a huge air leak |

If it's coming out the breather it has to be inside the diff tho right? |

So once I got down out of the mountains it started working just fine again. Is there something that causes it not to work below freezing? If so is there anything I can do to prevent it? The main reason I got the locker is for up in the mountains |

Yea, seriously makes me doubt their quality of workmanship. I'm wondering if I should be worried about the preload and backlash now... Ps: for anyone in the Seattle area, don't go to 4wheel parts in Lynnwood... |

It happens often with ARBs. Even though some people on this fourm will tell you it never happens or this or that. It does happen. I even fought the ARB seals for a while. Had a local "o ring business" make some of us a custom star shaped o ring. Worked the longest. And even then it started to wear down and leak. We ran them from 45psi to 90 psi and always hated pulling the carrier for a stupid $2 part. And.......thats why I LOVE my AIR activated OX LOCKERS. And yes the OX does work with the KJ despite what some may say on this fourm. I have the KJ to prove it works. Sent from my SM-N900P using Tapatalk |

I did consider the OX and may put one up front if I decide to do a front locker. Does it work with the KK? And how come you opted for air activation rather than mechanical? |

Yes it does work with the KK. I prefer to have OBA for tools and air up tires, so the air locker was a perfect choice. Plus its easier to run air line than a weird cable and control box. Plus with their new design, the air line goes directly into the cover, so no air solenoid hanging out. Sent from my SM-N900P using Tapatalk |
