Do I need an alignment if I simply add isolators to the rear?

I would still have it checked, bumping up the rear does change things a bit

It wouldn't hurt if you did or did not. Generally depending on trail useage and topography, an alignment once a year is a good idea.

I was thinking it probably changes things a little up front. I get one once a year. I'm due right after winter, so I was thinking about leveling the rear and possibly the front as well, right before an alignment.

2-3 times a year does not hurt when checking alignment
I have seen times when someone had one done and two weeks later hit a hole in the road and knock it out .
Lifetime alignments are more costly but money in the bank in the long run

I've never really looked to see if any shops near me offer the lifetime alignment. I'd definitely be interested because I know the importance of it, and especially if I plan to sightly change my suspension in the near future.
I think I've heard Firestone does them. Time to use :google: .

I use firestone for alignments. They do pretty good looking at the numbers. In and out service.

I think it'll give you just a hair less caster angle if you add height to the rear, but just adding isolators I really wouldn't worry about it. Toe and camber wouldn't be affected.

If it effects caster it will effect camber on a KK(and KJ) and changing camber will change the toe.

Any suspension work done, front or rear, you should have the alignment checked and set if needed.

Good to know.
Either way, personally I wouldn't worry too much about getting another alignment from adding 3/8" ride height to the rear though. Unless it is off to begin with.

I appreciate the input fellas and will post when I finally get around to lifting it a hair more. Never heard of anyone rubbing into issues, but I hope I can do it trouble free.
Right now I just want to add one isolator to the rear, and however much I need for the front driver side.

Bought a rear isolator for the driver side from JBA.
Also picked up the conduits for the clevis lift up front.
The driver side is short by a half inch in the front and rear.

Just an update. I added conduits to the front and an isolator to the rear yesterday. I have an appointment shortly for an alignment.
