first off I'll try to post a pic of my shock. I think it may be peeking.

Second question is my rear seams to Boyce a lot and squat with weight in there.
Is there a stiffer spring I can use that won't raise me to much?
I know with my Colorado regular cab I had put crew cab springs on and the spring rate was stiffer. Hoping for a similar situation.

Springs on the KJs and KKs are weak to start off with
You could use the light duty rears and the medium duty front springs from OME which would be an upgrade and not lift as much as what we normally recommend.
That along with a good set of OME front shocks and Bilstein for the rear ( since OME stopped making the longer rear shocks ) and it would ride and handle a lot better
But there is nothing from another model that works like you did with the Colorado

Yes. Leaking has like a rust spot on the back. Havnt been able to post pic from my phone. I'll look into the springs mentioned.

So to clarify this is my Wife's Jeep. She wants me to just replace the leaking shocks in the rear. Is there any reason to get a stiffer shock to make up for the not so good springs?

I will be towing a 2200 lbs pop up multiple times this year.

Maybe a shock long enough to work if I did do the emu lift?

If you're going to be towing you should really replace the springs with heavier ones with new shocks, of course theninstall new front springs and shocks as well

I totally agree with the above. If you look at my rig with the boat on it (in the other thread), you will see the rig is still sitting pretty darn level. Before I got the heavy rear springs(Lift) the rear would almost bottom out with that much tongue weight on it.
With the new springs and shocks the body roll is almost nil now and it corners like a dream.
