Do you think I could get offroad warehouse to repair it for no cost since they're the ones that jacked it up? Or is that just asking for trouble as they are obviously incompetent.

First, ask if they have an AWS certified welder. Certification is neither expensive, nor time intensive, IF they have the required skills. (developing the experience and skills is the expensive, time intensive part)

If they don't have anyone there that's certified, or they sneer at certification, I would go elsewhere, as that indicates probability that they don't have anyone there with the required skills and experience.

Certification doesn't make welder A a better welder than non-certified welder B. What it indicates, is that welder A definitely has the skills, and cares enough about having them, to get certified. Welder B may be just a good, or possibly better, but not being certified indicates the possibility that they don't care enough about those skills to prove they have them. When you know nothing else about either A or B, I usually turn to the one that has pride in his work. (or her)

They should pay for it regardless,if they say no keep going up the chain, make a complaint on BBB(but be tactful),and make sure to mention unibody construction was compromised and was done without your consent.

They said they will repair the pinchweld (weld it), lift the front end to 4" and align it under warranty. I just don't know if I trust them at this point! They're probably so sick of hearing from me at this shop LOL. Feel bad bitching because they're really nice guys there. This just seems like it's been a little out of their league.
