Since i lifted my KK a while back I never made a new longer track bar for the rear and the jeep has some pretty intense leaning to the driver side, so my question would be to you experts is it possible that the stock length track bar could be pulling the jeep down on the driver side???

No but it will pull the rear axle off center and make the L/R wheel stick out father then the R/R.

Dang, then I'm back to square one with the jeep lean. Is it worth building a new one since I have the 3.5 econo lift?

You could slap an extra iso on that side to get it back up to even height (unless you already have two extra, in which case maybe delete one from the other side).

If I do it I am going to make my own, but thanks for the link. I just dont feel like paying almost $400 for it if I can make it myself for less than half that price.

I just dont know if its going to do anything useful to put in a custom longer one at this point.

At 3.5 inches of lift,......yes it will ( or should )
I would always replace the rear track bar on any KK that was being lifted
plus extend the sway bar links
then go from there
