Hey everyone,

Just bought a 12' KK a few months ago and I'm really enjoying the ride. Looking to get some feedback on what some of you have went with in terms of exhaust. Finding it kind of hard to find recent reviews/videos on tone and interior noise.

Would appreciate any feedback, thanks!

Dynomax ftw. Just put mine on. Quality is superb. Very throaty, but not annoying. Got maine through advanced auto for a bout $200 + tax with their 20% off online coupon.

As long as the CAT is still in place, you have two 1 7/8" pinch points with a possibly clogged carbon trap between them, so any performance improvement will be minimal until that is eliminated.

I just did a muffler swap with a Magnaflow #11226, 2.5" in and out, Center in/Offset out.
I added an 18 1/2 to 19 1/2" long extension to make up the difference in size from stock. I put the muffler toward the rear to keep cabin drone down.
All the rest of the stock pipes are mandrel bent Stainless, so why spend extra for a full cat back?
I did leave the resonator on the rear, and now that things have burnt in, I'm glad I did.

I personally took a 3rd gen Camaro stainless RPM exhaust and then made it fit...... removed the cats , 2 1/2" into a 3" back to a crossflow RPM muffler.
Sounds way better...... mileage is about the same , but top end is more responsive..... good for hi revs , low gear , crawls.

was a PITA to cu , weld [tig] , and then mount , but it all got in there..... spare is now in the trunk....hope to save up for a new metal rear bumper with swing.
