Keep in mind torque shows all of the sensors it knows, not all of them will be on every car.
Trans Temp: ~165F, I'd start worrying above 180F. Coolant: 200-210F, I'd keep it below 220F
The catalyst temps are based off of a model, not an actual reading. Also, we don't have a mass air flow sensor, it uses a manifold absolute pressure sensor and RPMs with a speed density calculation to figure out airflow. Manifold pressure should be around 8-9ish at idle and 14.7psi (atmospheric) at WOT. If you see some items that have more than one bank, bank one is the left side, bank 2 is the right.
For the TPMS, you can add the following IDs. You may need to add a custom init in torque to turn off filtering: atcm000
Mode/PIDs: 2120, 2121, 2122, 2123, 2124 (one is for spare tire) Units: PSI Equation: A Header: 600
