I can remove both of my actuators and 3/4 screws on the plate under it. I do not know how to remove the screw by the knee plate with all the wires in the way.

Not sure what screw you are speaking of. But, raise the steering wheel, grasp the top of the panel that is just below the steering wheel and pull it toward you. The bottom is hinged the top has clips holding it. Once the top is loose, you can pull it outboard and rearward to remove it. That will give you more wiggle room under there.

Be sure you take Pictures of the door & actuator positions! You will need these as reference to get the actuators and doors lined back up the way they were.
If you don't get them back on correctly, only a dealer can calibrate them.

Once you take the modes of there is a back plate. I do not know how to get the screw closet to the drivers seat/ floor. There are wires / cross members in the way.

Try a 1/4" swivel + ratchet, and a screwdriver tip. They also make a 1/4" flexible extension to use with a screw tip. You can also purchase a 90° screw driver with philips on one side, and standard on the other.
