I’m experiencing some vibration/noise at highway speeds, I believe the noise had to do with the trimming of the wheel wells.

The Body shop that installed the bumpers didn’t trimmed the wheel wells enough so they produce a little bit of noise.

I want to know if many of you with ATH front bumpers are experiencing the vibration at highway speeds. I understand that when you modify your rig with a lift and the removal of the OEM bumper will lead to more air under and around the car loosing some of the aerodynamic concept from factory.
Thanks

Yeah, I had the same issue. About 55-60, sounded like I had a ballon in the spokes sound (remember my childhood days).. Was on my way out of town at the time so I just trimmed off some of the extra plastic. I did add a couple of more screws/washers later on but it will go away if it's trimmed properly.

Thanks. It's still wearing MOST of the Michigan winter salt/dirt but when it rains, it gets somewhat cleaner.

But didn't notice it before, if you look close on the drivers side door, you will the reflection of my 02 KJ limited. Got it for my daughter 8 years ago. She drove it for 6 years, then my 20 year old son drove it for a couple years, now it's back in my hands (he got a 93 Chevy Caprice LS w/78k orig miles lol).

SO, now I got two jeeps.. what to do .. what to do.. :pepper:

It sounds like the air resistance from driving at highway speed is pulling down your wheel well liners. Trim them up pretty high and punch some small holes in them to secure them with zip ties.
