Ok this question is for the “guru” of lifts guys:

JBA recommended setting
12 clicks on Rebound
4. Clicks on Compression
My mechanic installed the struts and adjusted the height to my preciously OME lift but he doesn’t have an idea of what is this.
Please explain

Very simple really
"R" is of course rebound, as you turn it to the " + " side you can actually feel each " notch
turn it to feel 12 clicks/ notches
Same on Compression
what type of mechanic are you using anyways that doesn't know this ?

Hey @Tommudd thanks a lot, also called Mr. Marlin at JeepinByAl and he explained the process for me. You know some “mechanics” only replace parts.
