I just replaced my rear door window regulator and the lock actuator, so I think I can picture what you want to do. Here’s my best guess.

If you have the inner door (regulator) with the window motor and pulleys etc. already removed, the next thing to do is to remove the black plastic slide that the rear edge of the window goes into inside the door. It would be sort of behind the door handle area. To get this out you need to:
- remove a black plastic quasi-rectangular hole plug in the metal, near the rear of the door
- using a ratchet extension, loosen a 10 mm nut that you see directly behind it, which is attached to the door handle
- push the window all the way up from the underside
- push that black plastic part with the window slide forward and remove. It was held in by that nut.
- now I think the window glass should be able to slide down, tilt, and come out through the big hole in the door, since the slide is no longer keeping it in place.
- with the glass out, you should be able to access the gasket.

I don’t think you have to remove the lock actuator (latch) to do all this. If you do, there are 3 big and 1 small torx screws holding it in place on the rear door jamb side. You’ll have to reach in that quasi-rectangular hole with a finger to disconnect the locking rod and the electrical pigtail.

Lower the glass all the way.
Rotate the inner belt molding(bottom outside window opening trim) outward while pulling up to disengage the tabs.
Lower glass all the way down.
INFO: Looking at the window you can see the hole the carrier clipped into.
Rotate the glass inside the channel so the this hole rotates toward the rear of the door.
Once rotated, pull the glass out the top thru the window opening.

I'm glad you knew what to do, Scar0! I was spitballing since I had the door apart a week ago, but I didn't have to remove the glass.

I cheated. The SM is pretty smart. LOL
The interesting thing about it is, it says you do not have to remove the carrier plate to remove the glass. All you have to do is release the carrier tab that goes thru the window glass.
Who knew?
