I'm kinda at a loss.
I have a 2012 KK with 178,000 on the clock. I've been on top of my oil changes and have changed the transmission filter once a year.
On my way home from work last week I lost the speedo and cruise control, my check engine, abs warning, traction control, service 4x4 all came on at the same time. The Jeep started popping in and out if gear and random shuttering so I pulled over and did the key thing a few times and it never did give me a code. So I kept driving home and notticed as long as I stayed above 2,000 rpms it stayed pretty smooth.
Took the Jeep up to NAPA plugged in their scanner and got nothing, talked to the guys inside and one of them came out with 2 different scanners and got nothing.
Week later the Jeep came back from one of the local garages, he told me there is absolutely nothing mechanically wrong with it but without the codes he would be basically throwing parts at it and hoping something sticks.
So I went to the dealer and they want $1,000 just to look at it, so that's an issue.
Anybody have any idea where to start looking to fix this?

Sounds like a lost communication with one of the sensors. My guess would be the final drive or input trany speed sensors.
But it could also be a wheel speed sensor.
Most local auto parts stores cant read ABS error codes.
