I just bought a 2010 Jeep Liberty Sport,
Noticed that the windshield wiper fluid does not work.

I got under the hood and found that the tube is disconnected,
But, I can’t for the life of me, find where this tube should “plug into”.

The pump, etc. works fine, fluid will come out of the tube when it’s supposed to.

Just need help finding out where to plug this tube into!
I feel like I may be missing a part, housing , female connection, something...

Any help would be GREATLY Appreciated!!!

Thanks in advance,
Dan!

If fluid comes out of the tube when it's supposed to, then it's probably disconnected from under the sprayers in the hood. Take a peek under there and see if you can figure what happened. (unplugged hose, broken connector, etc)

The hood insulation covers the bottom of the spray nozzles, where that tube likely is supposed to go. The insulation comes off by popping out 9 round black pins with a trim tool or a screwdriver. If the nozzle bases are broken (likely as the engine heat eventually makes them brittle), you can find them for about $40 at your neighborhood auto parts store, or $80 for better quality Mopar.

Hey fellas, thanks for the swift replies!
And appreciate the help!

But,
I have some pics I’m going to try’n attach here,
To show y’all what’s going on.

When triggered , fluid comes out of the tip of the tube in the photo.
While taking these , I also noticed something missing from the pump.
The loose tube/connector won’t fit in that hole.

Hopefully this works, not sure how to upload photos lol;

It looks like you could be onto something there. Let's assume for a moment that both of the rubber hoses connect to that pump that is part of the tank. The one is attached, and the plastic nipple that attaches the second one appears to be broken off of the pump. It may have been bumped when somebody installed the last battery, or the acid has just eaten it away. In either case I would think you are now on the hunt for a good, used washer tank, and pump.
