The trickiest part is removing the airbag. There are some good videos about replacing the clock spring on YouTube that show what you need. The JK wranglers are the same process even though the center of the steering wheel is a different shape, so feel free to watch those vids.

My steering wheel had been removed before, and when it was reinstalled someone used red thread locker on the splines. I needed to get a steering wheel puller from the auto parts store to remove it. But assuming nobody has done that to yours, you may be fine without a puller.
