I was looking into those as well not too long ago. I wanted Apple Car Play and a touchscreen. The thing was, it was always so dang expensive. As a workaround, I added Bluetooth to my Mopar head unit for less than $15. Not as sexy as a touchscreen, but I can stream music from my iPhone, which was the main reason I was looking at new stereos anyway. I have the uconnect radio with the touch screen and it won’t recognize my phone to use the apple CarPlay but will work with Bluetooth. I’ve checked and it shows no updates. You’ll probably have to go aftermarket Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |
