Has anyone successfully repaired a leak or replaced the rack and pinion hydraulic transfer tubing? My 2008 has a leak we are trying to fabricate a new tub in but having trouble with getting the flare for this replicated. Hate the idea of replacing the whole rack that for most models you can just buy replacement tubes for under $20.

I had a leak in a line on my rack. I was told that I would have to replace the whole rack. I went to the junk yard and pulled the line. It cost me $3.

Yep we ended up doing the same! That's crazy the don't offer a replacement line... Try finding a new PS Reservoir they are discontinued!
