Hi,
A few days ago I had a new diff cover installed on my 2010 KK. After all the work was done the dealer mechanic said since the new cover was "beefier" than stock the track bar may make contact with it over large bumps, etc. But he said it's nothing to worry about. However, I have driven it twice since then and even over small bumps and dips in the road, I can hear the track bar (or maybe sway bar) bumping against the new diff cover. So 2 questions: 1) how big of an issue is this (other than the annoyance at the clunking noise)? and 2) what are my options for eliminating this issue?
This is the cover that's on there now:

Thanks!
