Ok, so last week my AC interior blower fan failed. No air moving through the cabin at all.

I tried the following:
New resistor
New blower motor/fan
Checked all relays and fuses
New ac knob control cluster
Ac clutch engages when I turn the AC on. Fan won’t start at any speed or temperature.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Have you tried a different relay?
You should be able to feel the relay operate if you have your finger on it when you turn on the fan.
But it still could have bad contacts in it, swap it with a like kind and test.
Have you tested to see if you are getting 12v to the fan motor connector?

Check the wiring at the TIPM for the blower fan, my was badly corroded and was making poor connection. It was work after wiggling the wire harness underneath the TIPM. Ended up cleaning up and tightening the female pin in the harness

Autozone blower was bad out of the box. Put in an OEM one and it worked no problem. What a wast of time
