JBA used to sell an adapter kit for rear Bilstein lifted shocks. They've since discontinued it but I'm wondering if anyone has info on what spacers/parts are used in that kit?

I remember some owners posted that they were using the Bilstein rear shocks for a Dodge Durango which are longer shocks to accommodate highly lifted vehicles.
You can search this forum for the part numbers & details.

I actually already have the shocks, I'm referring to the sleeve kit that is needed to make them fit with the original shock mounts. Thanks though!
