Glass front window marked from wipers?

Any suggestions on how to remove these wiper marks in the glass?

try some VERY FINE steel wool & glass cleaner & I mean very fine can't recall the # though

I mentioned this at the dealer a while ago. He produce something like a tsb about the wipers smearing or wiper blade residue. The paper said to use a solution of rubbing alcohol and water and rub. I just used straight rubbing alcohol and it worke fine. Then followed up with window cleaner.
