I went out and bought this:

Image

This is the first time since my Jeep's purchase (brand new) from 2004 that I actually did a clay job/polish job on it. Thanks Blake for instilling the bug to make the KJ clean!!

The hood with the left side dirty and the right side after clay bar. It was amazing how smooth the right side was compared to the dirt/acid rain/and other crap that built up.

Wax time to make it shine after the clay bar.

WAX OFF

The final result was amazing. Here is my reflection!! Look at that, never seen this since the first day I bought the KJ..........

The rubbing was on the pinch weld and front fog light door. Both of those were taken care of. Slight rub on front in full lock and reverse. The 16x8 are 5" BS and the 265/70/16's run at 30.7" (nearly 31). The entire wheel/tire is heavy but it looks good. The tires are 10.7" wide. Next tire set I am going with 245/75/16 which will still give me a 30.6" but only at 9.7" width. This will definitely reduce any other rubbing I may get during full lock.

Either that or I buy a Frankenlift...........Maybe next year?!
