| Post subject: | Changing Plugs in Compass? |
Has anybody done a spark plug change on their Compass yet? If so, what could I expect when I do my wife's this weekend? I'm thinking it can't be to difficult...anything weird about the procedure? Thanks, Paul |

In case anybody else is thinking of changing their plugs in the Compass.....it's the easiest plug change I've ever done. Remove plastic cover thingy...just pull up on it at the corners. Unscrew the torx screw holding down the coil, remove coil, remove old plug, gap new plug, insert new plug, reattach coil X 4. Replace plastic cover thingy. Done.

Exactly. They are super easy. Don't over tighten the bolts that hold the coil packs in place, they snap easy and are also the studs for the intake manifold. Don't ask me how I know (Bad Liberty experience). |
