Sorry! guys it happened I traded my 02' Limited Liberty for a Commander Limited with a HEMI and I loved it. It might not be as capable as the liberty but for sure I know it is a lot more comfortable specially long trips. I needed the HEMI power because I tow an 18' recreational boat and a 12' pop camper. I will try to post pictures late this week. Thanks.

The MSRP was $41,740 for an 06' Commander minus $10,000 off (the dealership wannted to get rid off the 06's) and the trade for my 02' Liberty was $9,000. It's fully loaded the color is black with the chrome package. As some of you all know I have a 11 month old son (first time parent) we needed the room. And again I will try to post pictures by the end of this week.

Thanks. Yes I also saw the HUGE discount on their website. It is crazy! All 06 models of all lines, including KJ are very very cheap. They also offer low APR financing as well. I am not sure if buying 07 over 06 is worth paying 10grand!?

I always liked the way commander looks. Enjoy it.

The only major difference between the 06' and the 07', is that the 07' comes with the power lift gate on your remote. You can open it and close it with a touch of a button.

Now we're an all Jeep family. I agree, the Commander isn't nearly as capable off road as the Liberty. The Commander is a much more comfortable ride for distance trips. My wife drives the Commander because she likes the comfort and I drive the Libby because it reminds me of the traditional Jeep ride. How's the Hemi? Our Commander has the same engine as the Liberty. :?:

Also the door trim panels have options for leather armrests and they include a better door handle pin that not plastic like the previous models. However, not even worth waiting for an 07 if you can get the killer deal on a 06.

Congrats on the new XK. My wife has one. We take it out to the national forest a lot. She won't let me lift it though. It fords water pretty good. Has more stock clearance that my stock KJ, not for long though  Got any plans for future mods?

Just did the same with my CRD. The price was right. It's not a limited like yours but has the 4.7 V8.

man, if you had black rims, that would have been a much better looking jeep, nevertheless, looks good
