Well ive been working on this for a couple nights now. And finally say screw it i need to ask for help. My drivers side rear window would not go down. I made sure it was not jammed up or anything first. Second, I took the motor out and figured thats gotta be it. so i bought a new one. that was not it. So i started doing the testing, i figured out the window switch is fine, the motor is fine, the plug is fine. I came to the conclusion that the motor for some reason isnt grounded. what i did was run a jumper wire to the motor from the plug that plugs into it. too take the switch and motor out of the equation. so when i did that i grounded the other side of the plug on the motor. and it worked. does anyone know where these are grounded from.also the window switch for the driver to control that window does not work as well so im thinking something is stemming from that. can anyone give me some help.

I would post your question over on the Jeep Commander forum. Those guys know the Commander like LOST knows the Liberty. Here's the link: www.jeepcommander.com
