I joined the Normo Eagles (soccer/football) club the other week, thought I'd get fit again. Ed's also joined which is nice, he's in the under 6's or something like that. I also play golf but not weekly or anything like that.

I play golf once a week at Hurstville, as most of us old guys do. I have a sea kayak that I take out now and then. As a young man I used to surf, back in the day before short boards. We (the family) all go skiing in the winter.

when i'm in town, i race a J24 (one design yatch)... been racing / sailing since i was 8...

oh and i go for a walk 3-4 times a week for +90minutes ;) ... perve at all the nice ladies out getting exercise, that's all the motivation i need :P

Well this week i am starting to punish myself

i have started back at kung fu after a 14 year lay off, they guy has just moved from Hong kong and teaches traditional Wu Shu and Hong fu pai


all i can say is fros will be hurting this time next week
