I asked the same question in the general section about a month back, no one had converted there KJ. After giving it more thought I decided not to continue looking into it.

I looked into LPG coversion when I first bought my KJ.

My mechanic being a liscensed LPG gas installer priced the conversion for a 40ltre petrol aux tant to fit nicely under the passenger side floor and the LPG (72ltre) tank the fit in the existing tank position..
Conversion cost $4500-4800 less government rebate $2000= out of pocket cost $2500-2800. Couldn't justify it at the time (18mths ago)

Amazing how time changes your perspective on things. :roll:
