How big are these going to be?

Size has not really been finalised, but, You don't want them too big or too small, also I need to size it so as I can print them 6up on a SRA3 sheet, then cut them to 1up for die-cutting, leaving enough room for grip and lay on the platen. To be honest, something approximately the same size we have been veiwing them at on screen, but, I have to do a keyline around the image when I gets the art. Then I can let all know the size.

Of course, any and all input into preferred size will be factored in as they are for everybody and we have been able to come this far with all the support and comments given by all along the way, so that imput would certainly be appreciated on size.

cmohr may i ask you directly what type of decal they will be? iv'e asked the same question elsewhere & not received any response.

i was initially assuming they would be vinyl die cut (only the white bits stick & the rest is removed) but reading your post i think they're a solid printed sticker???
depending on what kind they are will decide where i place them & how many i want :-)

re: sizing i think the size they are now is good... they appear to be about 120mm diameter. on my lcd panel anyway

Right...This initial lot will be a white solid vinyl (or poly) label material printed black as far as I can tell at the moment.
I think with such an intrincate design, laser cut might get a little messy and then small peices can easily and quickly start falling of after washing and cleaning the cars. So in affect you'll have a prodomantly black label with white text and images showing.

When numbers get up, we can look at screen printing them, or doing them on a clear.
