Nice truck Chris.

Awesome pics everyone. Really looked like a great weekend for all and sundry.

I'm still annoyed I didn't get to go. :(

Any of the Qld crew considering a single day LOST trip? Might be a good opportunity to try the Queen Mary Falls thing again?

I don't think that I will be going into mud like that again unless really necessary. Too much cleaning up afterwards.
Wrangler, Hilux & Disco all suffered loss of electrics coming out of the same mud hole(mind you they went through it several times at a reasonable rate of knots). Wrangler came of worst requiring a new battery. Too much mud in the alternator and therefore failing to charge battery. NRMA called in....a few wacks with a hammer ...and back to normal. Old proverb " Too much Mud Killls engines"!!

Photo's were taken by a pro who was along in a wrangler. Caught quite a few good action and still shots over the week-end. Snorkel I presume would have help if the water was any higher, although I did get quite a bit in throught the radiator and as you are aware the normal air intake is just above the radiator (which would been vunerable to mud and water getting in.)
