Well, we now know that the Electronic Stability Program on the KJ works. We were driving down the Pacific Motorway this afternoon when a ute about 3-4 cars in front of us lost something large (looked like a canopy cover or similar) from its load. Everyone behind was braking and swerving, and Liz had to brake really hard and change two lanes in one hell of a hurry to avoid a collision. The ABS and ESP did exactly what it was meant to and the KJ remained under full control all the time. And we were towing the trailer at the time! |

Although I have never had a situation like that I have got out when it was snowy and played around a bit. The ESP definantly does its job well. Its nice to know its there, especially since my wife drives the CRD 99% of the time. |

And we were towing the trailer at the time! We are pleased to hear, not only did the KJ perform as it should, but you & Liz survived unscathed!! |
