Hello from England ,a couple of questions for you if i may. We are currently having some Samco turbo hoses made up for our crd's,Usa has already got theirs but they are not suitable for our 2.5 -2.8 crds from 2001-2004's, can anyone let me know your part numbers on your 2.5's and 2.8,s and also what years 2.5 and 2.8 were available from .Over in Europe they share the same hoses.Hopefully they are the same and you guys will be able to get the hoses through a group buy for discount if you want them of course. They are being made with a fluoride liner to stop oil seeping through and degrading the hose. Also they are cheaper than stock hoses from stealership. Thanks for your time .Regards JimmyJeep.

Our 2.8 part numbers are same as the US.

The differences are because of the different Turbo's. The 320Nm 2.5's had a Different Turbo to the 1st of the 2.8lt 360Nm engines. And to top it all off the later VGT Turbo'd 400Nm CRDs had a different hose altogether.

This gets stranger by the minute ,i know the Us 2.8 from 2005-2006 has different hoses to my 2004 2.8 due to different turbo. ,but after checking with Tonycrd who has a 2.5 we thought the hoses were the same for 2.5/2.8 2001-2004,even the dealership said they were the same part, even though the part numbers have changed slighty over the years.
Below are some pics, mine next to the Us samco hoses.

Turbo hose on mine is much longer
Hose under battery tray on mine is narrower at intercooler end than manifold end.
Sorry for thinking you didnt want to speak to pommy,.

I think the guy "In the Know" is Sir sam Here on LOST or his other self I think Zluster on AJOR. He's one of the guys that pushed Samco into making the hoses I think......But don't quote me ( I've been wrong so many times on so many counts I can't keep count  )
