Hey guys, Since fitting the bigger tyres I've encounted this issue where when in reverse and the wheel almost at left lock it caught on one of the rubber hose's which send's the water to the windscreen washer jets. Anyone had this problem & how was it mended? here's a link with some pictures...

Time to relocate the washer bottle to the inside of the engine bay. There are posts about it in the tech section.I did mine after installing 265/75 tires,I used a 1 1/2qt(1.2L) coolant overflow bottle in which I drilled a hole for the pump,I bypassed the low fluid sensor. You may or may not have room in the same spot(right inner fender well) as I have a gas KJ.

Well after thinking about it for awhile, I had to come up with a alternative as I couldn't fit a universal bottle in any part of the engine bay due to the lack of room.
Firstly I removed the steel panel off the ARB bar so that I could reach the screws on the washer bottle, after moving the bottle away I grinded back the steel where it was attached to a futher 10mm,(mostly on the side closer to the outer wall of the tyre) drilled another hole 1" in from the existing one, then cut a deeper slit into the bottle where it slide's into the steel so that I can angle it in.(making sure not to cut too much so that the bottle would start to leak) This together with the grinding enabled me to push the bottle alot futher into the bumper. Then put it all back together and waa Laa!! I've included some Pics.

:D Now the bottle is safe from those Mighty MTZ's... Now I gotta go pick up the new pump and connect up the tube's.
