looks good mate, I'm going to run down to Mum & Dad's after work on Saturday
and pick-up mine. Had a rethink on the blanking plate's I am going to make a couple
of mould's and make them out of fiber glass. What do think ?

fibre glass would work well, and keep the weight down too

we will have to talk

I was thinking about your aerial mount and saw that there is 2 bolts that hold on an
trans cooler and 1 for the aircon condensor, if look around the shelving bracket section
of Bunnings you might find something long enough to come out where the gap is at the
top of the last slot on the left hand side of the grill. Need to make some adjustment's
to any bracket but could weld on some extra tab's or something. A visit to the hardware is
in order i think (shelf bracket's are mostly made out 3mm steel) :) :)

Don't know if you noticed on Sunday, but both my aerials are just mounted directly to the top surface of the bar and they work fine in that location.

I was talking to Fro's last week and thought that he wanted to mount it up as high as the
nudge bar mount as they use it to check for under ground car park height's

Looking Good Gerard..... Nice jobby.

Agree, fibreglass would be the way to go... Make a few sets, sell it in the kit..

Lookin' good G. I wondered how you would cope with the difference between the '04 and the '05 - now I know.

Like cmohr said, if you and 2Jeep can make a mould for the fibreglass inserts you can offer those with the bars - make them a lot more attractive to the less skilled amongst us.
