I've got a red top, but you can't have it 'cos I'm using it. Came with the Jeep. Never had a problem with it, but I've only had it 2 years so I'd be very upset if I had.

Yep, got the Yello top.. Its THE POO mr Magoo!!!

Very happy with it, runs the fridge for ages, car still starts no worries.

Other option are Good marine batteries. Still, ask for a duel purpose battery, cranking (starting) and deep cycle.

I've got a Yellow Top, they are pricey, but ya gets what ya pays for.
I was willing to pay the extra dough, as have been let down in the past
But I reckon you did well to get 5.5 yrs out of it, my original battery died after 18months.

My CRD came with a genuine MOPAR battery, it was playing up a few months back so I swapped it out with an Optima. I was chasing a Redtop like what the CRD normally comes with but the local optima guy didnt have any stock so he offered me a Yellowtop for the same price as a Red & I said DONE DEAL!!!!!!!!

My MOPAR lasted about 3.5 years :)

I will have to look up my paperwork to see how much I ended up paying for the Yellow.
