I'm selling my beadlocks as they won't fit my wheels (offset is wrong)

Check HERE

So they dont fit the KJ ally wheels? Would they fit on a set of steelies?

You need to be able to drill a hole for the beadlock valve stem somewhere near the centre of the rim, otherwise it will have too much stress on it. With standard KJ rims the offset means that the only viable location for the valve stem will cause it to foul on the brake calipers.

If however you have rims with a modified offset (to increase the track), or possibly even if you use spacers, you may be able to fit them. I believe Chequer Plate Chick on AJOR has a set - not sure what rims they are on.

Hmmm wider track hey, the Moabs have a wider track but I have never had to lower the pressures down below 18 PSI. Even in the softest WA beach sand otherwise I would prolly take them off your hands.

CPC has American racing alloys, and strictly speaking, beadies are not legal for on road....

Strictly speaking it is also illegal (in QLD) to drill an extra valve stem hole in a rim - but OK if the manufacturer put it there, which is one reason Staun are now selling their own rims.

That's why I was going to fit them on to another set of rims - then I could run a perfectly legal set of 235/70R16's around town and swap to the 245/75R16's with beadlocks for the exciting stuff.

No bids on eBay, so still for sale. Anyone interested PM me with an offer. Bear in mind they are brand new and cost me over $900, so no silly offers please!
