The Sydney people know that Jenko has been driving around in a 2WD KJ for what seems like years now since his diff cacked it (when was it on the SteveT SJC midnight recovery run?).

Jenko needs his KJ for his daily driver to work and most repair places are telling him not to expect much change from $2000 (and that would be with Jeep original equipment which he will probably break again - wasn't the first time apparently).

So I was thinking about the new JBA Steel Dana 30:

For about the same money Jenko you can have a more bulletproof front diff and it looks to be a straight bolt in.

Ok, after taking it to 4 so call 4WD mechanics who wanted to charge me the earth.I end up taking it to Hi-tec 4WD at Penrith who found that it only needed a new selective cable for the hi-lo range contrel. :JEEPIN:
