I had a letter today from the SA government inviting me to renew my Desert Park Pass for only $67 for another year. I'll be taking them up on that as I want to go back there and hopefully in the next twelve months. It will be an incentive for me. Nothing like the desert in my opinion; I'd trade the Cape trip in a minute too wet and crowded up there. So I'm just putting it out there that I would be interested in a another trip down to the Flinders Ranges. Since I did the Birdsville last year I am thinking of the Strez next time and finishing the Corner Country that I missed due to the flooding last year. Then again the Oodnadatta track is waiting as well, and things might be drier that way. I need to get to the Red Centre and maybe back across the Plenty Hwy in time for the camel races at Bedourie (9th of July I believe). I know at least one other KJ owner that is looking for a chance to get out there. Then again it could just be the Highland Park Single Malt talking for me.

Hahaha...

In the cool light of day it still seems like a good idea.
