Yep!! seen a couple in the UK driving the Lakes District, Edinburgh and one or two driving into Paris, All standard. Made me wish I had mine over here

Drove down to Sydney today and I was sitting at a light at Rhodes when a familiar black KJ eased up beside me - hang on I know this KJ I thought. It was lifted with what looked like 265/70s KMs on D window steelies, and it had a white Renegade sticker running along the side of the bonnet. The windows were heavily tinted but I thought surely if he was 'one of us' he'd give me a wave or something. I was just about to rolled down the passenger side window and give him a yell, when the light changed and he moved off. It was then I saw it, two LOST KJ stickers on the back and the famous CDKJ custom badge on the rear door. It was CDs old KJ, that I had inspected closely a few times at our El Rancho drink meetups. Good to see it is still being used but sadly the guy driving it probably doesn't realise what he bought. I lost him when he headed west on the M5. It had a small flag sticker on the rear window maybe Sri Lanka. If CD is still reading this forum, wish you were in it. BTW there was a dent in the side of the bonnet. Anyone else have any KJ spottings? |
